drink some water it fills you and and you stay full longer so you dont have to keep worring about how much you eat.
What do you think? Answer below!

Not to sound rude, but you can try putting tape over your mouth (packaging tape) when you feel the need to eat. Just be sure your nose isn’y clogged up. That would be bad. Or you can just stay far away from the kitchen unless it’s meal time. Then cook your food, eat in another room (be sure to put all the extra food away. And eat small portions), then once your are done go out side and do something active (or ANYTHING to get your mind off the food). Hope it works. Xtreme Lean diet pill. Its a safe product. It may not be available in the U.S. Since it is only available in North America. Its in a red bottle with red capsules. Cost $ 15.99. And has a ingredient in it that helps exactally what you have a problem with.
sleep more..it lightens the appetite. and don’t get up off your bed except to go bathroom, then right back.
Dont worry about it.
Try limiting your choices at 2 meals a day. I have the same thing for breakfast every day–a cereal bar, coffee and yogurt.
Lunch is almost always a salad with lots of veggies and chicken, sometimes fish. Dinner is fish or meat with a side of veggies and a salad. I plan my meals and my snacks.
And I am limiting myself to beef once per week. If in doubt
about a food, I cut the portion in half. I’m slowly losing about 2 pounds a week right now, and that’s okay with me. One day a week, I have dessert or a glass of wine or maybe a half a baked potato or sweet potato. I let myself get 100 pounds overweight, and it took years to get into this shape. I’m willing to spend a year working on getting back to healthy eating. I’m using more variety in my preparation of my food.
Good Luck!
