Question by MarsGuo1: How can I break my fast food addiction?
I disgust myself and am hideously fat. Yet I cannot stop eating fast food. I feel so good after I eat a large order of fries and a big soda. I eat a large fast food combo at least once a day. I’m 6’0″ 220 lbs and on the rise and need help. What can I do? It’s not as simple as just not going there…..I’m drawn in somehow and feel guilty everytime after I eat, but yet I still do it.

Limit yourself to only going out once a week and have whatever you want. The rest of the time, follow a planned out meal schedule. Write down everything you need to eat that week and follow it. Walk when you can and drink only water. You’ll see results if you are strict on yourself.
If you have the money, try getting a nutritionist. If you don’t, think long and hard about WHY you like it, besides just the taste of the food. For example, maybe you eat because you are stressed out about something. Instead of trying to not eat, try to solve what is stressing you out.
