Question by BlueEyes_418: How do I beat a sugar craving?
I have the WORST sweet tooth. I crave sugar constantly, especially at night. I’m talking refined sugar, too. Things like fruit and yogurt don’t cut it – I want straight up junkfood. Is it possible to make these major sugar cravings go away without giving in and eating junkfood? Is it true that cravings usually only last 20 minutes?

imagination is stronger than will power
if you go to site below and read the Craving Buster
you will be able to give up junkfood instantly by doing the technique which is aversion therapy.
you’ll gross yourself out and not want the junkfood.
it will work on other things than food craving too.
i had a massive caffeine addiction for 15yrs. and i gave it up 5mins. after learning and doing the craving buster.
the good thing is you can still eat some junkfood if you want but you can stop anytime by doing the craving buster.
i don’t think the diet industry wants us to know about this either because they will lose lots of money if people apply the techniques on the website.all the stuff on the site is great.
///a craving might just last for 20mins. but how long would it be before the craving started again. never worked for me. i had the caffeine craving until i got some and then some more and more.

well, sugars help to increase serotonin. So the question is are you sad, or blue?
Pay attention next time to the mood that you are in when you have sugar cravings! What triggers the craving?
